RETURNS & EXCHANGES
FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
We hope you love our Beyondo Co pieces but we understand that not everything goes to plan, If you wish to return something because it’s faulty or not as ordered (provided the fault is a manufacturer or a printing issue), get in contact with us we will print and ship the item to you at no cost. You will be able to keep the faulty item and a new item will be sent to your chosen delivery address. You must notify us immediately or within 7 days of the freight carrier delivery date of order. For delivery times refer to the Shipping page of our website.
If the item is NOT flawed in any way, for example you have ordered the wrong size or you do not like the style and you would like a refund, you MUST return the item in its original condition and are responsible for paying the return postage costs. Please be sure to check our sizing charts before purchasing in order to ensure you are ordering the right size.
You must return it with our warehouse address which is located on the package which the item was sent in, if you no longer have this use the contact us page to get in touch using your full name and order number.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS:
- All sale items
- Items that have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging.
- We will not refund or exchange any item that is returned in any other condition than the condition it is received in. This includes make up stains, pet hair, fake tan etc). We will send the item directly back at your cost.
